Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a very gentle and slow paced yoga style providing the time and the safe environment to switch off for a while from the hectic (Yang) life we typically have. Yin Yoga helps to reconnect with oneself, release tension held in the muscles from all the stress from a fast paced office day. It’s great to ground, balance, clear the head and energize. It’s about deep tissue / fascia stretching and relaxing which allows one to feel light afterwards and removes pain / stiffness in joints – great for lower back pain for example.

Flow Yoga

Flow yoga, also called Vinyasa, has its name from the smooth way that the poses run together. It is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. After a warm up, multiple rounds and variations of Sun Salutations will be practiced. The most well known pose being the Downward Facing Dog, a resting pose.
