Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing that also promotes healing. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.
Yeiki combines Yin Yoga with a Reiki treatment. While the student holds a posture, I support the experience and the release by channeling Reiki energy to the client. This way areas in the body can be targeted both ways for an increased impact.
